EFA is so proud and honored to have worked with Yuka Ioroi and Kris Toliao, co-owners of Cassava.  Not only is it a James Beard recognized restaurant, the owners are recognized for fair wage and benefits packages to their employee, as well as using fair practice vendors and suppliers.  The end result is a beautiful restaurant with amazing culture.
